This is interesting, as Badal is known to owns enormous tracts of illegal land in the Terai. Wealthy Punjabi farmers have also largely evade land ceiling laws through illegal Benami transactions. Calling the Kashipur incident akin to 1984 riots is gross irresponsibility.
